A: You sure can. Just click on the 'Change My Email Address' link on your Personal Page.

Q: How do I login to my account if I am using someone else's Personal Page?

A: Go to the top of the page, and select 'Sign Out' from the Member Center menu. Then select 'Return to your Personal Page'. Then enter your own email address and password.

Did I Win?

Q: How do I know if I've won a free Satellite Radio in your sweepstakes?

A: We will notify you by phone, email or regular mail if you have won any of our daily drawings.

Q: If I win, can I choose either an XM™ Satellite Radio or a Sirius® Satellite Radio?

A: Yes, the choice is yours. You can choose either an Xact® SIRIUS® Plug 'n Play Receiver/Kit, or a Delphi® XM™ Roady2 Satellite Receiver.

Q: If I win, do I also get a service subscription?

A: Winners receive their choice of an Xact® SIRIUS® Plug 'n Play Receiver/Kit, or a Delphi® XM™ Roady2 Satellite Receiver. No service subscription plan is included in the prize. However, you can earn a free six month subscription to either SIRIUS® or XM™ by earning 2,000 Points or a free one year subscription by earning 3,500 Points.

Q: What if I've moved or changed my phone number?

A: Please update your account information by clicking on the link from your Personal Page called Update Contact Information.

Q: How can I get more sweepstakes entries?

A: There are several ways to enter the daily sweepstakes to win a Satellite Radio. First, take advantage of the offers we send you by email. Second, take advantage of the offers listed on your Personal Page. The more offers you click on, the more entries you'll get and the better your chances of winning. Third, refer your friends--you'll receive an entry for every one of them who joins.

Q: I already have a satellite radio. How can I get free service subscription from SatelliteSweeps?

A: If you already have a satellite radio, you can earn free six month or one year service subscriptions from SatelliteSweeps. Just earn 2,000 Points for a free six month subscription to either SIRIUS® or XM™ or 3,500 Points for a free one year subscription to either SIRIUS® or XM™.

How Do I Earn a Free Satellite Radio?

Q: I understand how to enter the sweepstakes to win a free Satellite Radio, but how can I get a free Satellite Radio now?

A. Simple! Just earn 1,000 Points and a free Satellite Radio is yours. Earn Points by completing any of the offers listed on your Personal Page or in emails we send you. Once you earn 1,000 Points, just click on the Redeem link and we'll send you a free Satellite Radio! Earn 2,500 Points and get a free satellite radio plus a free six month subscription to either SIRIUS® or XM. Or earn 4,000 Points to get a free satellite radio plus a free one year subscription to either SIRIUS® or XM.

Q: What type of Satellite Radio will I get if I earn 1,000 Points?

A. You can choose either an Xact® SIRIUS® Plug 'n Play Receiver/Kit, or a Delphi® XM™ Roady2 Satellite Receiver.

Q: How can I check how many Points I have earned?

A. Your current balance of Points is displayed at the top of your Personal Page.

Q: When will my Points be credited to my account?

A: Points are generally credited to your account within one to five business days of when they are earned. Sometimes our partners take longer to provide us with the information and there may be a further delay.

Q: Why have my Points not been credited yet?

A: All of our offers require a minimum of 1 business day for Points to be credited. Also, we cannot properly credit your account if you used a different email address when taking advantage of an offer other than the one you have registered with SatelliteSweeps.com. Make sure you use the email address you have on file with SatelliteSweeps.com when you take advantage of offers so your account is properly credited. If you still feel your account was not properly credited, please let us know at Member Support and we'll look into it.

Referrals

Q: The person I referred has joined, but you show them on my account as not joined, why?

A: When you refer a friend, we send them an email on your behalf immediately. In the email, there is a link to the SatelliteSweeps.com registration page. If they click on the link, and join, your account will be credited with one sweepstakes entry. However, if they use any other method to join other than clicking on the link in the email they receive from us, then it is impossible for us to track the referrals and they will still appear as not joined on your Referral Status page.

Email Link Problems

Q: What do I do if there is no active link in the emails you send me?

A: No problem. Some email software does not support active hyperlinks. You have a choice. Either switch to email software that does support active hyperlinks (like Microsoft Outlook) or just copy the URL from the email and paste it into your browser. You'll be entered in the sweepstakes either way.
